Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rosetta Love Extensions !

Please read the terms below before placing your order. By placing an order with Rosetta Love Extensions you are agreeing to the terms below. Orders placed by 12noon will be delivered same day excluding weekend and holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed over the weekend or national holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Please allow 3-5 business hours for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once you have placed an order you have 1 hour to cancel your order or to remove items from your order. Items cannot be added to an order once it is completed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. We are not responsible for any shipment delays that may result from natural occurrences, holidays, or carrier delays.

After your order is placed the shipping address can not be changed under any circumstances. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address and you would like it shipped to the correct address; you are responsible for the shipping fees (for family islands).

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
In the event of an error, please email us immediately at info.rle21@gmail.com with your full name, order number and the proper shipping address. We will do our best to correct the mistake as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we may not be able to correct shipping address errors prior to product shipping (our policy is a 24-hour response time to emails). In the event that we are not able to rectify the error prior to shipping, it will be your responsibility to return the wrong (unopened) package to us and you will need to cover the cost of shipping for the new package to be resent.
To avoid these unnecessary shipping costs and delays, please do take extra care to ensure the address you enter is correct prior to checking out.
